Love this game, and the fact I finally have the proper setup to play it. I only have one issue. Whenever I try to type in a name, it just reverts to the default, "David." I'm using Mac for this, btw. Also, how's development for the full official game going?
Hi there! I know next to nothing about this game, but I absolutely love RWBY, and I'm really enjoying playing so far! I don't know what I was expecting, but I definitely didn't anticipate getting to play as Penny! I really love her characterization, the whole opening scene is brilliant and painfully relatable; I guess this game can double as an autism simulator, haha.
Amen to that. I also just want to say that the art is really well done! All of the original characters are easily recognizable, and the UI feels very appropriate to Penny (I don't know yet if the player gets to play as her throughout the game, or if it's one of those where we interact with the story from multiple perspectives, but I am excited to find out either way). I downloaded the game so I can play more of it later, thanks so much for all of your hard work making it!

Hey so... I just finished JPDE last night... I must say I absolutely loved it! I had followed this game when it was in early development, back in like... 2017 or so? I joined the discord back then! It was actually kind of a part of why I even made a discord account to begin with... At some point though I wasn't very much into RWBY or this game so I kinda didn't follow it too closely, then I remember Meinos made a new Discord server, and since I wasn't very active and stuff I decided to not join the new one.
The most I had ever played before a few days ago I believe was when the ending was the cliffhanger of Jack's semblance in the match against Weiss! Not too long ago I was in a bit of a RWBY mood and decided to download this game again... and Oh my god! did it deliver! the start was mostly how I remembered it! and as such I kinda wasn't so enraptured in it... but as shit started to hit the fan... I honestly started to love it more and more... I love what you did with the characters, the whole subplots and stuff with the side characters and the new angles of some more main ones! I love the way you handled Ozpin and Glynda! But I believe one of my favourite things was Raven, It really painted her in a new light! and honestly I love it!
Anyways... I just wanted to say thanks for making such an awesome game... and kind of apologize that I wasn't there for more of it and that I just finished it now... I couldn't really help much back then and I still kinda can't... I was in highschool when I started following it and now while I finished that, I am still studying some stuff and don't yet have a job so... yeah... But honestly Meinos you outdid yourself! And I am very glad this project came through and I played the full story!
Also I went with Yang for the Dance, and I loved the whole endgame a lot! many a super saiyan reference from what I could tell! lol

New security features in Android have disabled the ability to move files as described in the instructions for the sound patch; your system will not give you the necessary access to your SD card. No file manager I have tested can circumnavigate this issue. Without the sound patch, the game experiences constant errors and is effectively unplayable. Unless the designer provides a release making this issue irrelevant or more functional instructions, I would advise against downloading the Android version.

i almost came to the same conclusion at first but then i realized the game asks if you want fighting and i clicked no thinking it meant fighting tutorial
Im trying to download the game on android and I tried doing the sound files like you said to do them but it still gives me that error screen. Is there something im doing wrong?
