Hello thar, Meinos Kaen here with another updated for 1.0 JPDE2! This one is about Performance!

The Weather Effects plugin from VisuStella is nice! It can, however, like any plugin, cause some bottleneck in the memory usage and cause oldish systems to dip down in the FPS heavily (especially on Android, which RPG Maker doesn't gel well with just yet, we're investigating why).

So this update is a tweak in the settings of the plugin, which should allow all versions of the game to hopefully run smoother. Let us know on our Discord Community how it goes!
