is there a way to transfer save from jpde1 to jpde2? I’m ok with keeping name as David if needed but I don’t want to loose my relationships with ruby and the other girls I dated
I'm sorry, but let me ask you a few questions. Will the decisions in the previous part affect the game? For example, if I could keep Pyrrha alive, would she be there alive? If the relationship with the members of the RWBY team influenced the ending of the game, then will it be the same? Will there be a harem ending? Will the relationship with the JPDE team members also develop independently of the player?
THIS IS AMAZING. SO MUCH LORE, SO MANY NEW CHARACER DESINGS AND NEW CHARACTERS!! I kind of miss the older combat style but this is still good. Also its a shame that Jaune and Phyra are no longer a thing. Still I love this game and everything in it. 9/10 for me.
Are you still obsessed with trying to pretend Ozpin is as morally gray as his hair, even though both you and Rooster Teeth keep forgetting to show him doing anything evil?
I asked him to name what Ozpin had done that was evil.
He told me that being cursed by a god to be forced to reincarnate against his will as punishment for not stopping Salem was, somehow, something Ozpin needed to be shown retribution for. He refused to explain how being punished by a god with a curse is somehow itself a crime worthy of making one considered evil by in-world morality and needing justice done against the curse repicient.
But he asserted that he genuinely DOES believe that being cursed by a higher power for failure is, somehow, a wicked and evil deed on the part of the person receiving the curse for failure. He just refuses to explain how.
found an issue someti.es happens when i pick an attack so there may be an attack thats bugged also ignoring it leads me to the main menu so there may just be a defeat screen that wont load properly.
Just checked and it isent tied to one specific attack and from what ive seen happens on both the adam fight and goons before it though its preventing me from continuing so i dont know if it happens on any other battles the game may or may not have
Hello, Chris! This is actually a bug that happens when it's the enemy's turn and you try and choose an attack. It's already been fixed for the next release. Maybe we should also add an indicator for whose turn it is.
Thanks i just have a habit of selecting attacks even when its not my turn to see thee effects when i can do it in games so i would not have figured this out.
You released this faster than i thought. It was probably a task to swap engines, take breaks dont burn yourself out i beleve i can speak for most if not all of this comunity when i say we truly appreciate all of the hard work you put into developing these games.
Finished a route on the first game a weeks ago, my experience was so good that made me watch the episodes of the RWBY series that I was postergating... I finshed them and now I need more, decided to look your other games in Itch.io and found that the second part for JPDE is already playable....
Are any performance improvements going to happen soon because I'm on mobile and even after boosting my game it crashes quite a bit though my phone isn't really the best so it might be my phone.
We're actually completely remaking the game in the Godot engine. RPGMaker sadly has too many limitations and they showed the most, as you experimented, on Mobile.

So is romance continued from the first game? Like for example in mass effect 2 if you romanced a character from the previous game and had a save file you could import that to the sequel. Is there something similar for JPDE 2?

On the PC version, I have no items so David's party is 1 life point after facing Adam at the start. And every time I close the save or option the game restarts. (Not Criticizing or anything I can't open my discord ACC for some reason. But I hope you can fix the bugs I mentioned :) )
Sorry to hear about your troubles. Regarding your status after Adam, we suggest using the save point in the corridor to replenish your health as you're not supposed to have any items as of yet at that point. You can recognize it as it's a pillar which shines green in the darkness and is covered in sparkles. It's the only object in the corridor with such characteristics so you can't miss it.
For the restart bug you mentioned, we'd need other information. Please come to the Discord community so we can help more properly there.

Unfortunately translation of the game is way beyond our funding. The first was translated because a fan decided to do it in their free time.

Hello! The 18+ is possible but due to the cost, it requires the support on Patreon for the game to reach a certain level.
A no combat mode would be nice . I enjoyed the story more in sonata of fire and would prefer if that was an option in this game as well .

Well the version of the game that i download is only the episode 1 in the windows version. I espect that the second episode is in the Android Version.
